SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

What You Need to Know

  • All orders are shipped within 24 hours of ordering between Monday and Friday. We are equipped with distribution centres in Sydney, ensure that your purchase will reach you quickly and safely. As a general guide delivery to major cities and towns can arrive 1 or 3 business day (if ordered before 3 pm).

  • Customer is responsible to arrange someone at the delivery address to sign and accept the goods during Delivery time. The customer has to pay for re-delivery charge if the given shipping address was incorrect or unattended at the time of delivery. TSolutionsAUS is not responsible for any shipping delays originating from the Courier Company. Customer can opt for a drop point if they are unavailable to collect the delivery.

  • If any item on your order is out of stock, TSolutionsAUS will send you an e-mail within 24 hours and give you an estimated delivery date for when the stock is available next as well as the option of receiving a full refund. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused in such situation.

RETURNS AND REFUND

The Small Print

Please read the following conditions on returning goods to TSolutionsAUS 

  • If there is any concern (faulty issue, etc.), you must contact TSolutionsAUS in writing within 10 days from the date of delivery.

  • Return of stock must be in a box, intact and in re-saleable condition – any stock containing any writing, stickers or markings will not be accepted.

  • Please make sure before opening the package that the goods are compatible with the device (For example, checking the model number of a cartridge to make sure it fits your printer).

  • If you are unsure about the product you are purchasing, you can contact our sales team who are always available to assist you with your purchase.

  • It’s the customer’s responsibility to pay the freight charges for goods returned along with the original proof of purchase issued to them.

  • Return Authorisations are only valid for 30 days.

  • 20% restocking fee is applicable for incorrect stock ordered
